The Kkhavo Kitchen material
The science of Tri-Ply.
Three layers, one purpose: heat that behaves. An aluminum core bonded between two layers of stainless steel — so every pan heats evenly, holds its shape, and lasts.
Layer 1 — SS 304 Stainless steel
Layer 2 — Pure aluminum core
Layer 3 — SS 430 Magnetic stainless steel
Steel outside. Aluminum inside. Steel again.
Stainless steel alone is a poor conductor — it heats unevenly and scorches easily. Pure aluminum conducts brilliantly but reacts with food and dents fast.
Tri-ply bonds the two: an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of food-safe stainless steel, permanently fused edge to edge — the cooking surface stays inert, the core does the work of spreading heat.
Why it matters
What tri-ply gets you.
Even heat
The aluminum core spreads heat across the whole base — no scorched centers, no cold edges.
Warp-free
Bonded, not stacked. The base stays flat under high heat, cook after cook.
Any stovetop
Gas, induction, electric or halogen — one pan works everywhere.
Built to last
No coating to wear off. Just steel, permanently fused, for decades of use.
Tri-ply vs. single-ply
The difference is in the base.

Single-ply steel
