

Lemon Rice
Description
Cook rice and let it cool slightly.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add chana dal, urad dal, and peanuts; fry till golden.
Add green chilies, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
Add cooked rice and toss gently to coat.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix well.
Add salt and stir everything evenly.
Serve with pickle or papad.
